Investing in equitable growth within Philadelphia’s public works landscape.

What is SupplyPHL?

SupplyPHL supports diverse procurement in two ways:

  • Provide business advisory services and access to capital as well as facilitate the necessary relationships to secure and successfully complete contracts.

  • Serves as a long-term partner to ensure firms continue to grow and remain successful by providing continuous access to our existing services and networks.

SupplyPHL is a public/private partnership that enhances the capabilities of Historically Disadvantaged Businesses to engage in public works projects in Philadelphia.

Three nonprofits - The Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, Urban League of Philadelphia, and The Enterprise Center – and The City of Philadelphia are working together to recruit and prepare these Historically Disadvantaged Businesses as they compete for Public Works contracts.
